Job description
We are looking for a Professional for the suitable position of “Manager- Contract Management” of NHAI Projects for Raipur- Head Office.
- Must have Knowledge of Claim handling in NHAI (road) projects.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology in EPC & BOT contracts.
- Should have successfully completed claims in at least 3 NHAI projects.
- Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team and draft letters, rejoinders related to claims.
- Should have knowledge of drafting and calculation of claim amount in NHAI project.
- Exemplify strong attention to detail in contracts.
Education
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Civil
- PG: M.Tech in Civil, Post Graduation Not Required, PG Diploma in Civil
