Roles and Responsibilities
- Experienced in both Pre and Post tendering and contract procedures
- Experienced Preparing Cost Estimates, detailed rate analysis & cost control techniques
- Monitoring Progress of Works with MSP and MS Office with proficiency
- Correspondence with consultants, clients & Govt. Authorities for works progress and other contract-related matters
- Detailed Study of Drawings for taking off quantities for all kinds of works like Minor Culverts, Major Bridges (Interchanges, Under Passes, viaducts, etc.), buildings, etc. and preparation of BBS thorough and practical understanding of construction methodologies, engineering proposals, and cost inputs
- Experienced in preparation and finalization of estimates, BOQs, Tender Documents for pre tendering works
- Strong organizational, communication, analytic, and time management skills
Can communicate effectively with Clients/ Consultants & would be an asset to any employer who respects loyalty & responsibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Having knowledge and experience in MSP & Auto Cad is desirable
Should be from Infrastructure background in Highway/ Road exp.
Should be ready to travel pan-India sites
