Position – Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
- Should be Team Leader & have Good communication skills
- Moderate level of MS office, Autocad proficiency
- Well versed with IS 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure
- Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawings.
- Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer. Knowledge of Project Planning.
- Should have a good understanding of Quantity surveyor & as a planning engineer for large projects
Job Responsibility
Scrutiny of quantity estimation after studying drawings, review of historical data. Thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials. Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verification as per design. Shall be well versed with Tender preparation. Shall be able to build a database from existing and historical data and benchmark quantity and cost. Should have completed multiple projects as quantity surveyor ON SITE on independent responsibility.
Mandatory-BE Civil with Exp. in Quantity Estimation and cost control. 1st class throughout without year down or gap
