Job Description
- All consultants and contractor’s work order preparation & comparative.
- Preparation of Budgets, Rate analysis, and Budget tracking. Data analysis
- All Consultants Bill Preparations and Certification both is hard copy and in ERP.
- Reconciliation of Material and Service orders
- Quantity Survey based on GFC drawings
- Drawings maintenance and issuing to site. And monthly consultants and BIPPL payment status update
- consultant payment recommendations.
- Site Coordination
- Preparing Bill in ERP
- Payment Certification Bill
