Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:-
1- Worked as Project Control and Coordination.
2- Preparation of construction schedule, determination of resources requirement and augmentation plan.
3-Tracking of Manpower, Equipment and Materials mobilization.
4-Adopt most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
5- Provide Inputs for work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project.
6- Prepare technical reports, generating data for inputs to budgets.
Determining the appropriate logistics solution in managing resources.
7- Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
Verify critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
8- Monitoring of progress periodically and comparing it with the baseline planning
9- Preparation of 90 days rolling look ahead construction catch up plan for balance work on a monthly basis and monitoring of the same on a weekly basis.
10- Study of Contract Scope, Drawings, specification & other documents.
