Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Guiding site core team in respect of contractual obligations.
Reviewing the obligations of both parties during the initial phase and keeping a check on them (e.g., Financial Closure, Applicable Permits, Land Acquisition, Securities and Insurance,
Implementation of standard format across teams w.r.t. Monthly Progress Report (MPR), Daily Progress Report (DPR), RA Bills, etc.).
Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
During the work progress, keeping track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and creating reports to show how profitability can be achieved.
Raising claims in a timely manner along with logical, contractual, and complete financial backup.
Analyzing deviations from contractual conditions. Guiding the project team with solution as per Contract.
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
Preferred candidate profile: Candidates having Exposure to Elevated/ Underground Metro/ Flyover/ Bridge Projects will be preferred.
