JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
- Manage resource deployment
- Shortlisting of profiles of the site Engineers and interviews. Coordinate with HR for hiring and mobilization
- Tracking of callouts and allocation of sites to Engineers
- Analyze site lookahead schedules
- Site Cluster feasibility analysis
- Manage & review project financials regularly
- Support AECOM Accounts Manager & coordinate with RBML procurement for billing related aspects
- Support in resolving site-level queries wrt engineering, quality, safety, etc
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to effectively manage the project
- Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain the internal and external relationship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
B.tech/BE in Civil Engineering
