Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing multiple Road Projects Operation & maintenance activities in the most efficient manner and with strict compliances to Safety, Quality, and Cost parameters
- Manage overall P&L responsibility for the O&M Business as a whole and for individual projects.
- Maintain strict Budget and Cost control
- Ensure the highest level of Road Safety and put into place a strong Safety culture and Safety governance structure.
- Put in place Quality Environment Health & Safety (QEHS) & Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management System and ensure compliance with the same.
- Ensure timeline of operation & Maintenance.
- Ensure most efficient & amicable relationship with NHAI/Client and all other Stakeholders including Local Authorities, Public representatives, Public at large, etc.,
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must have sound knowledge Operation & Maintaonnence of highways Projects
- Must be B.Tech-Civil with a minimum of 20 years of experience
- Ready to join within 30 days, no Location Barrier
