- Lead and oversee the engineering aspects of thermal projects from conception to completion
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of thermal engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff
