The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the exam schedule for Karnataka CET 2017. According to the notification on the official website of KEA, the KCET 2017 exam will be held on May 2, 2017, and May 3, 2017. For Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates the examination is scheduled for May 4, 2017.
KCET is held every for admissions to the first year or first semester to Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy & Yoga, Engineering, Technology, Farm Science Courses i.e., B.Sc (Agriculture, Sericulture, Horticulture, Forestry, Agri Bio Tech), B.H.Sc (Home Science), B.Tech (Agri.Engg, Food Technology, Dairy Tech, Fisheries, Food Science & Tech), B.Sc(Agri. Marketing & Co-op), B.Pharm and Pharm-D courses for the academic year 2017-18.
For admissions to the medical and dental course, candidates have to appear for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2017 conducted by CBSE. Also, candidates aspiring for admissions into architecture courses have to appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of Architecture.
